Infrastructure the AI economy
can build on
Two products in incubation. Both start from the same rule: a real problem, nameable economics, and boring scalable architecture. Owned by the lab — not built for hire.
Agent Operating Environment
A machine-native interface for business capabilities
Businesses install an SDK and expose approved capabilities — searchProducts, checkInventory, createCart, createOrder. External AI agents (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity, future agents) discover and use them safely, while the business controls permissions and gets a complete audit and analytics layer.
AI agents are being asked to do real work inside real companies, but they have no safe, standard way in. They scrape, they guess, they operate the human interface — or they are locked out entirely.
- SDK exposes approved capabilities with typed contracts
- Discovery via /.well-known/agent.json — no crawling required
- Capacity-based permissions and programmable policies decide what an agent may do
- Every action lands in an auditable Agent Activity Ledger
- Agent analytics attribute revenue to AI-driven demand
GridMind
The intelligence layer for the physical economics of AI compute
GridMind sits between compute telemetry, facility energy, and the operator’s commercial decisions. It turns infrastructure telemetry into tenant economics: GPU hours, power, cooling, rack, network, storage, and facility overhead — each line labelled measured or allocated, never guessed silently.
AI compute is the most expensive workload in the data center, but operators cannot answer the simplest commercial questions: what does a tenant’s workload actually cost, who is driving cooling spikes, and where is capacity being wasted.
- Connects compute telemetry with power, cooling, and facility infrastructure
- Pilot today: metering, attribution, cooling and overhead allocation, reconciliation
- Expansion path: energy-aware billing, power pass-through, premium power tiers
- Neutral layer between facility telemetry and your commercial decisions
